Continuity of Services Plan Toolkit

Don't leave your clients, your family or your practice without a plan.

Create a personalised Continuity of Services Plan that helps protect your clients and gives your Professional Nominee and family clear guidance if you're ever unable to practise.

Includes:

  • Fillable Continuity of Services Plan
  • Step-by-step online course
  • Lifetime access
  • Immediate download

Most psychologists have a treatment plan.

Very few have a continuity plan.

If something unexpected happened tomorrow, would someone know:

  • how to contact your clients?
  • where your records are?
  • who should notify referrers?
  • how to access your practice systems?
  • what your professional obligations are?

Without a documented plan, these decisions may fall to grieving family members or colleagues who don't know your practice.

Dr Sarah Morris

I'm a Clinical Psychologist and the Director of Solid Rock Psychology, a private practice established in Melbourne's eastern suburbs in 2022.

Before becoming a psychologist, I trained as a secondary school teacher and spent almost a decade working in Christian ministry with university students, both in Australia and overseas. Those experiences shaped a deep interest in helping people grow, supporting teams, and building organisations that genuinely care for those they serve.

At Solid Rock Psychology, we've sought to create a practice centred on three core values: Excellence, Effectiveness, and Whole-heartedness. This has led us to invest heavily in evidence-based therapy, Deliberate Practice, Routine Outcome Monitoring, thoughtful supervision, and systems that enable psychologists to do their best work while providing excellent care for clients.

I believe that good systems don't replace good clinical work—they create the conditions for it. When psychologists spend less time reinventing policies and procedures, they have more energy to invest in what matters most: caring well for people.
